In the upper left of the stamp is represented the coat of arms of the State of Pernambuco. I correct the original info posted here with data from Klaus Huelse.
The lighthouse depicted in the coat of arms is the lighthouse of Recife, not Olinda.

Info Here

But this stamp is important because is based in the stamp of the centennial, issued in 1917.

What that mean?  It means that the 1917 stamp is also a new stamp with lighthouse at least for me because that stamp was not in my list of Brazil.
Two new stamps with lighthouse.
